This place rocks. I live near by and had been taking my stuff into town for alterations, but on this day, I was planning a big event and didn't have time to take this new dress in and I wanted to wear it, and I remembered I had seen this place with this woman happily sewing in the window. I used to be a costume designer and I can just tell when someone loves sewing, and when they do, they're usually really good. This woman is awesome (can you tell I'm American) anyway, she's the best. I never take anything into town now. The prices are reasonable, she really knows what she's doing, and she's super fast. What more could you want!
