We have fixed prices for End of Tenancy cleaning, we have the option to order a cleaner per hour and depending on your choice the cleaning products can be provided by you or by our cleaning company.

Option 1

• Studio flat from £81 without carpets and £112 with carpets

Here the prices are fixed and we provide the cleaning products. We guarantee in case your agency or landlord is not satisfied with the cleaning (which usually doesn’t happen) and you call us in less than 48 hours, we are OBLIGED to send a free of charge cleaner to deal with possible negligence. The only thing we require is that you list what exactly has been missed and to give the cleaning team access to your house.

Option 2

You can order a cleaner per hour and there our cleaning company is very flexible. Here you have some options that you could choose:

1. One cleaner for minimum 3 hours = 38 pounds without detergents and equipment, 43 pounds with cleaning detergents or 51 pounds with cleaning detergents and equipment
2. Two cleaners x minimum 3 hours that makes in total 6 hours x 12.50 pounds per hour + 13 pounds for the cleaning products and equipment = 88 pounds (we provide the cleaning detergents and equipment). In this case you provide the cleaning detergents and equipment, the price in this case will be 75 pounds

According to your assessment you can order a cleaner for more hours and the prices are:

1. Two cleaners x 4 hours + cleaning detergents and equipment = 113 pounds
2. Two cleaners x 5 hours + cleaning detergents and equipment = 138 pounds
3. Three cleaners x 4 hours + cleaning detergents and equipment = 163 pounds (or could be 2 cleaners for 6 hours instead)
4. Three cleaners x 5 hours + cleaning detergents and equipment = 201 pounds

Please note all prices are approximate and may change depending on the condition and the size of the property and the location! For After builders cleaning our prices are 16 pounds per hour and in this case we provide all the cleaning products. Wall washing is available upon request for a fixed rate of 15 pounds per room.

Regular Cleaning

• £10 per hour per cleaner for three to five hours weekly OR four to five hours fortnightly
• £11 per hour per cleaner for two hours weekly OR three hours fortnightly
• £9 per hour per cleaner for five-plus hours weekly OR fortnightly

Greater London

• £11 per hour per cleaner for four or five hours on one day weekly/fortnightly
• £12 per hour per cleaner for minimum 3 hours on one day - weekly/fortnightly
• £10 per hour per cleaner for five-plus hours on one day weekly/fortnightly

• Prices start from £2 for a double window to be cleaned internally and £4 to be cleaned externally

Gardening Services

• We charge £33 per hour for 2 gardeners. An initial charge of £12 applies.
• We can assist with basic gardening, as well as big landscaping projects for which we are happy to organise a free survey.

Jetwash Cleaning

• We charge only £2 per square metre! We can assist with your patio, driveway, balcony and even garden furniture!

Hard Floor Cleaning

We charge only £2.5 per square metre for cleaning and polishing of hard floor! The price for scrubbing and polishing is £4 per square metre.

Removal / Man and Van services

• We only charge £38 per person per hour (minimum of 2 hours)
• If we send an additional person, you pay only £8 per hour for the extra help!
• Our charge starts when we arrive at the address. All vans are fully equipped with trolleys and blankets. Boxes available upon request!

A minimum charge of £48 applies for Carpet and Upholstery Steam Cleaning and Jetwash. £35 only for Window Cleaning. £43 is the minimum charge for Gardening, £60 for Carpet and Upholstery Dry Cleaning and Hard Floor cleaning..
